Preferences & Communications: matching preferences, surrogate or donor criteria, and written, phone, and video communications.

C. Information from Third Parties

With authorization, information may be received from fertility clinics, reproductive endocrinologists, legal counsel, background check services, escrow providers, and referral partners including MediPocket USA.

Program Administration: evaluate eligibility, facilitate matching, and manage the journey from onboarding through birth.
Medical Coordination: coordinate with fertility clinics and monitor pregnancy milestones.
Legal Compliance: fulfill legal obligations including pre-birth order coordination and parental rights documentation.
Financial Management: process program fees, manage escrow disbursements, and maintain financial records.
Communication: respond to inquiries, provide updates, and send reminders.
Quality & Safety: conduct background screenings, psychological evaluations, and medical screenings for qualification.
Marketing (with consent): send newsletters or program information only where explicitly opted in.
